The Owners of a multi-unit Dental condominium complex wanted to refurbish a dark, dated exterior within a limited budget and with minimal disruption to the interior practices. Dark brown exterior wood siding was replaced with fiber cement, with narrow openings created to modulate light and privacy. Courtyards, paint colors, landscaping and signage were updated. A grove of white birch trees (now mature) was added to discourage nosy pedestrians on this busy intersection.
