The owners of a multi-unit dental condominium complex wanted to refurbish a dark, dated exterior within a limited budget and with minimal disruption to the interior practices. Dark brown painted exterior wood siding was replaced with lower-maintenance fiber cement. Board spacing on the sloping screen walls was carefully re-considered to modulate light and privacy. Courtyards, paint colors, landscaping and signage were updated. A grove of white birch trees (now mature) was added to discourage nosy pedestrians on this busy intersection.
